Welcome to Zufit Support — we’re here to help. If you’re having trouble using the app, connecting Strava, managing your rewards, or deleting your data, use the guide below or contact our team.

Connecting Your Strava Account

Follow these steps to connect Strava to your Zufit profile:

  1. Open the Zufit app and go to Settings → Connect Strava.
  2. You’ll be redirected to Strava’s secure login page.
  3. Log in with your Strava account and approve the requested permissions.
  4. Once approved, you’ll be returned to Zufit and your account will be connected.

General Zufit App Support

Account Setup & Profile
  • Creating an account: Download the app and tap "Sign Up." Use your email or preferred authentication method.
  • Updating profile info: Go to Settings → Profile to edit your details.
  • Password reset: Use "Forgot Password?" on the login screen or Settings → Change Password.
Rewards & Progress Tracking
  • Rewards: Complete activities (including connected Strava workouts) to earn in-app rewards.
  • Viewing progress: Go to the Dashboard or Activity History in the app to see your earned rewards and tracked activities.
  • Troubleshooting missing rewards: Ensure your activity is correctly logged and Strava account is connected.
Notifications & Settings
  • Manage push notifications from Settings → Notifications.
  • Update app preferences such as activity types, units (km/miles), or display options from Settings.
  • For app crashes or errors, restart the app or reinstall if needed.

Strava-Specific Issues

"Authorization Error" or "Unable to Connect"

This usually means your Strava login wasn’t completed or the redirect was interrupted.

  • Close the app and try again.
  • Make sure you’re logged into the correct Strava account.
  • Disable any ad-blockers or tracking blockers in your browser (if using web).
Activities Not Appearing in Zufit
  • Confirm your Strava account is still connected in Zufit.
  • Ensure your activity type is supported.
  • If you recently changed privacy settings in Strava, tap "Reconnect Strava" in Settings.
Revoke and Disconnect Strava Access
  1. Go to Strava.com → Settings → My Apps
  2. Find "Zufit" and click Revoke Access.
  3. Return to Zufit and reconnect your Strava account if needed.
Deleting Your Data
  • To delete your Zufit account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.
  • All associated Strava data stored by Zufit will be deleted once your account is removed.
  • You can also revoke Strava access at any time using Strava.com → Settings → My Apps → Revoke Access.
