ZUFIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Zufit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zufit mobile application and related services ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zufit. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Zufit provides tools to help users track fitness activity and improve overall wellness. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or wellness program. Zufit is not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or other health issues that may arise from using the App.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

- You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- You are solely responsible for your health and safety when using the App or participating in any physical activities prompted by it.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.

4. FITNESS DATA AND ACTIVITY TRACKING

Zufit collects fitness data such as steps, workouts, and other activity metrics. This data is used to generate rewards, provide insights, and improve user experience. You can manage or revoke access to integrated third-party accounts (e.g., Garmin, Strava) at any time.

5. REWARDS SYSTEM

Zufit may offer digital rewards, such as tokens, in exchange for verified physical activity or app engagement. These tokens can be redeemed for goods, services, or financial benefits within the App. Zufit reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards system at any time.

Token Value: The value of Zumie tokens may fluctuate based on internal valuation models and treasury balances. Tokens have no fixed cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless explicitly stated.

- Fraudulent activity or manipulation of data to earn rewards is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Zufit may include in-app purchases or allow users to redeem tokens for discounts or products. All financial transactions are processed securely by third-party providers. Zufit is not liable for issues arising from payment processors.

7. HEALTH SCREENING AND LIMITATIONS

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

- You are in appropriate physical condition for the activities tracked or encouraged.

- You understand the risks associated with physical activity and accept full responsibility for any outcomes.

Zufit does not verify or screen users for pre-existing health conditions. If you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms, stop using the app and seek medical advice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, logos, and functionality in the App are the property of Zufit or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that poses legal or security risks.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zufit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of rewards.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
